improving bone structure for overall health and appearance
Hello everyone, I summarized this from an article I wrote (breakthematrix .org/therapy/endonasal), just sharing some of the best health information I've gained over the years. Maybe somebody will find it useful.
Facial restructuring is a surprisingly simple do-it-yourself therapy whereby the skull and face are gradually returned to optimal, golden ratio symmetry through gently nudging the sphenoid bone endonasally. As the structure is returned to a more ideal position, cerebrospinal fluid flows more easily and the nervous system and endocrine systems are able to function better. Many health benefits occur as a result, which can be read on Dr. Dean Howell's site. It may sound like science fiction to someone uneducated about the reasons why faces become distorted and asymmetrical in the first place. However, it has been empirically proven in many scientific experimenets that the bones of the skull do move, and even follow a particular cranial rhythm.
Unfortunately for our health and well-being, there's a commonly perpetuated myth which falsely attributes the way a person looks to their genetics when in fact much of the distortions - whether it's a narrow face, misaligned nose or a tall bulging forehead - are a result of a distorted, perfectly fixable structural problem. Beyond this, these structural problems have consequences for CNS, brain, endocrine, muscular, and skeletal function.
Multiple modalities currently exist to solve these issues. Bilateral Nasal Specific (BNS) is one of the oldest modern methods of inflating balloons bilaterally (treating the sphenoid on the left and right passages on the same day). Neurocranial Restructuring (NCR) later developed as an improvement to BNS by treating only one or two passages per day dependent upon the areas of instability of the sphenoid bone. Other doctors practice their own version of NCR with various alterations in technique and testing. While these therapies are largely unknown and undiscovered, many of the practicioners are located within the United States. There are a few dozen practicioners in the entire United States. Understanding why this information is so rare requires understanding the medical system and the way it ruthlessly operates.
Unfortunately when seeing a doctor, the therapy will cost between $100-300 per hour, partially due to low awareness and thus low patient intake, and lack of competition in the field.
The amazing thing is that you can learn how to treat yourself in just 1 minute per day at no cost to anyone by constructing $15 device from parts listed on Amazon or purchased at a local drug store. It is entirely up to you what route you choose. I am not selling the therapy, or selling the device, or treating anyone, but I am freely distributing the information and it your decision what to do with it.
No doubt that proper nutrition is important for bones structure and overall health of a body. We should eat healthy food to improve bone structure and health. Any how the post contains useful information that is good for everyone.
