Immune Booster Tea |

 |  | Here is a great little tea mixture to sip on when you start feeling those aches and pains from the cold and flu.
Combine 1 oz sliced fresh ginger
1 cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
2 whole cloves
1 lemon slice
1 orange slice
1 pint water
Simmer for 20 minutes and strain. Slowly sip on a cupful about every 2 hours. |

Yummy, sounds good. For extra soothing, sweeten it with honey. It'll work like cough syrup, making your throat feel better too.
