Time is up to call and ask what he's held for, but you can still call and complain about their unwarranted use of taser and ambiguous statements.

Ask what he's being held for.

Apparently he's being held without charge and was apprehended when he questioned the presense of an unmarked vehicle lurking around his home.

They're not saying what he's being held for (which we believe is illegal). The only response I got was "you already called" to which I replied "no I have not!", and "he's going to bond court at 9 in the morning".

Call and let them know that we know.

Yep, this type of treatment used to be illegal, but do we really know what is legal or not legal at this point? What happened to due process? They just walked all over his fifth ammendment rights!

Wish I could call but I am without that capability right now.

I was up late last night and MS Bulletins were accessible later then they went down again. I've been trying to post a blog about Chris' ordeal this morning and receive their "technical error" BS.

Chris' arrest is an outrageous act for merely speaking the truth. How can we stop this insanity???
