Leave the pieces of a chicken (any part is good) with the juice of 3 lemons, a spoon of gengiber cut in tiny pieces and 2 spoons of azafran for 1/2 an hour.
After you drop a fistful of stickes of cinnamon and this Hindu seeds (not curry, please) into a big pan and fry these species for 5 minutes with enough oil to fry the chicken after the oil is hot. Then you fry the pieces of chicken there. When it's done after approximately 30 minutes (be certain that if you pinch the chicken with the knife no blood is coming out) add coconout milk and then you have your Thailandese Chicken that can be served with rice or mushed potatoes.

Other easy recepie is putting English sauce, salt & pepper onto a whole chicken and in the interior of the animal set 2 small lemons or a big one cut in 4 pieces. You don't squeeze the lemon but leave it inside the animal cut in pieces and put in the oven until is ready. Yummy, yoummy.

Not enough? Okey dokey. Spice with salt and pepper 8 pices of chicken cut in pieces. Fry them in half a cup of oil until is ready, witdraw the chicken. In the same oil you fry half a spoon of garlic cut in pieces and half a cup of onion cut in little square pieces. Then you pour 1/4 cup of soya Chinese sauce and a cup of water. The chicken you withdrew is added into this sauce and boil them there for 10 or 15 minutes. Eat that with mushed potatoes or rice or French fries. Delicious.
I have many more but is enough for a while.

I forgot to say in Thailandes chicken before you add the coconut juice you remove the Hindu spice and cinnamon stickes, they are easy to see. This is so because we don't need to chew these things.

I don't know the name of that Hindu thing in English but the scientific name is Syzigium aromaticum and the photo is here where it says "clavo":
