This happened in a speed trap town ... all » in Missouri called St. George with only a few officers that think they have more power than they really do. This happened outside of their jurisdiction and they have no police powers, except for felonies in progress, where they stopped me, according to state law.

The commuter lot is open 24 hours a day and can be confirmed by calling 1-888-Ask-MoDOT.

You can see me pass the officer at :08 seconds as he nearly blocks the road as he sits waiting for the next car without license plate lights to come by.

You'll hear this officer tell me he'll make up "9 different charges" including resisting arrest before he has even tried to arrest me. You'll hear him say how I didn't use my turn signal and I was weaving when the video clearly proves him wrong.

I truly thought if I didn't suck up, I would be beaten and maybe killed.

I think the officers last name is Sgt. Kenline, but I am not sure on the spelling, if you know for sure, please email me.

Please excuse the clicking in the video.

Acceptable Use of Torture in the USA [Gwinnett County, Georgia]

Excerpt:
Quote:
In Gwinnett County, Georgia, an un-edited police videotape shows 31-year-old Deacon Frederick Williams being struck with a TASER five times in 43 seconds, just 4 minutes after being led into the jail.

He was handcuffed behind his back and in leg restraints, following an epileptic seizure at his home; an ambulance was called by his wife and son, but the police arrived first. His last words were: “Don’t kill me, man. Don’t kill me.”

Dramatic Dashcam: Screaming 15-Year-Old Girl Pepper Sprayed After Biting Officer

Quote:
TC Palm: The girl was stopped for violating the city's curfew law. The officer writes in the police report that at one point, the girl "clamped down on my hand/wrist and I felt immediate pain shot up my arm. The pain was shocking, and I thought the suspect was going to extract a large piece of flesh from my hand.” The police chief weighed in on the matter. "It is shocking to see that a police officer has had to use that level of force against a child. But ... my opinion is he responded appropriately and in accordance with our policies," he said.

Post Man Tasered For Filming Warrantless Police Search Reply with quote

Liveleak      faqs      Full Screen

Quote:
A man from Portland Oregon is suing police for unlawful seizure with excessive force after officers fired a Taser and bean bag rounds at him when he refused to stop filming a warrantless search of his neighbour's property last year.

According to a report in The Oregonian, Frank Waterhouse claims that on May 27, 2006 he was brutally assaulted by police when officers followed a sniffer dog onto the property in pursuit of a fleeing suspect.

Waterhouse says that the dog keyed on a car, prompting officers to break out a window which upset residents who maintain that no one ran onto the property. It was at that point that an angry resident grabbed a video camera and started to film the police search.

The Oregonian report states:

When one woman was told to stop recording, she gave the video camera to Waterhouse. He walked to the edge of the property, climbed up a dirt embankment and continued to record. At one point, he yelled to his friend, "Yes, I got it all on film. They had no right to come on this property."

He says in the suit that police immediately came after him, and yelled at him "put it down." Officers moved towards him, and he said, "Don't come after me." Waterhouse said seconds later he was shot with a bean bag gun and a Taser and fell to the ground.

Caught on Camera; Cops provide store security on taxpayers dime

Quote:
(raw video)Citizen Home Video Launches Investigation 11/23/2007 A Buffalo resident was concerned with what he saw in his neighborhood; on duty Buffalo Police officers spending a lot of time in front of one liquor store. He was concerned that the officers were providing private security for a business while on the taxpayers' dime, and he used his camera to record what he saw.

The citizen sent his video to a news station and this is what it shows: Two uniformed Buffalo Police officers waiting outside a Liquor store. One officer shuts the front gate for the night, and then both wait outside for all the customers to leave. Someone from inside the store then appears in the doorway, motioning the two officers inside. When the officers leave the store, one is carrying a brown paper bag that he appears to place inside the police cruiser.

The video launched an undercover investigation by the Buffalo Police and will result in charges against the officers.
