Post proposed internet censorship for Australia Reply with quote
I thought i'd share this info with you all, as it sadden's me to see Australia slowly but surely becoming a "socialist" experiment. Chairman Rudd believes that we are all hopeless without the state and the state meddling in our everyday affairs. Hence this latest attack on our liberties, the Howard goverment only talked about an optional censorship bill to enable parents to receive a filtered internet so the kids wouldn't find any hardcore porno. The idea was dropped after over whelming opposition.
After Rudd was elected in he has done his damndest to bring about communist style socialism. He has frozen peoples super-annuation savings and spent millions on useless do-nothing commitees such as petrol watch (a scam that supports the oil companies) and his idiotic carbon emmissions trading scheme that will see all utility bills skyrocket (once again who benefits??) and more tax put on already expensive fuel.
So to add yet more fuel to the fire Rudd outdoes himself by proposing internet censorship for ALL OF AUSTRALIA! I thought Australia was supposed to be a ..cough! FREE country?? d'oh! I guess we may as well get ready to move to China as it's archaic laws are becoming simillar to our own.
The censorship bill will not only restrict access to a lot of porn sites but will also most likely block sites that discuss zionism, 9/11, alternative health & fuels and forums such as this one. Why don't we get to have a referendum on things like this? not only will our flow on non zionist media be cut off but so will our bandwidth and the price ISP's charge will go up as well.

On a side note I find it ironic that in a "free country" they force you to vote or get the goons come knocking at your door. Rolling Eyes

Yep it certainly is a farce, you get a $150 fine for failure to vote in not only the main federal election, but also in state and even local council elections! In the last election I showed up and got my name ticked off than scrawled " I refuse to vote for ZOG puppets" on my ballot paper.
But the aussie governments are experts at blatant revenue raising hence the enormous amount of so called "road safety" cameras that are hidden behind signs on highways and fine people for going 2 or 3 km's over the speed limit.
Australia is anything but a free country, we have been disarmed and we are going to be censored.
