The second part (above) reveals a hint pertaining to the white supremacist agenda of Hollywood. Listen to Dave as he recalls a meeting he had with Hollywood officials who wanted to re-cast a role -- originally to be played by a non-white actress -- with a white actress because of "universal appeal". Let's keep in mind that White Supremacy ideology is based on the arrogant concept that the white race is a universal standard in all aspects of Humanity. Hollywood pushes the agenda forwards in order to condition the world into subconsciously perceiving the white race as a master / "messianic" / "chosen" race. It is a powerful illusion that is being perpetrated at the highest levels of media ownership, etc.
The video below is another interview with Dave Chappelle in which he talks about a consistent effort by Hollywood to effeminate black men. Also pay attention to Oprah Winfrey's reluctance as he speaks. We know she cannot be trusted and is obviously part of the media establishment. She probably very well knows that what he says is true and is part of a much broader agenda which she must stay guarded about. She knows Chappelle is on to something.

Let's also not forget about the power of strength in numbers. For example, we may notice some "breakthrough" films that do not seem to push forwards the agenda. Those however are vastly outnumbered when putting into account all the ones that do. In fact, such a proportionally small number of past and present films that don't abide with the agenda only help the agenda even more by giving the illusion of change and reinforcing the arguments of racist defenders.
