umm, nwo globalists only want 500 million people living on Earth. China has 1 billion+.
China needs those coal burning plants to provide sufficient energy. But those will be gone because China is spending lots of $$$ on renewable energy. Their will to build an ecological city is better than President Bush who rejects signing the Kyoto Treaty.
