I've seen some of this stuff in movies, and had no idea it was done with computers.

they can make ppl that look almost completely real on computers... what makes u think they couldnt handle waters....

Water has much more animation, lighting, etc to it. I'm use to computer graphics with skins like:
With the HD mode, you could see goosebumps thanks to bumpmapping. There's a hack to play this old demo on radeon cards too. I played around with skinning her at one time.

watch final fantasy advent children.... the ENTIRE movie is cg....
and thats with currently available technology... imagine what can be done with so called secret technology...
In my opinion, at this point they can generate CG that is so real looking that we can be fooled. They don't want us to know that they can, and pretend that they can't. How easy would it be to manipulate the viewers if everything, down the the smallest detail, could be flawlessly controlled? (They already can, they just make it seem like it is really hard to do.) It might hurt the indoctrination agenda to reveal the truth, so they try to hide it.
The more we surround and immerse ourselves with fiction/lies, the less we will know about truth/reality. Anything that might cause us to turn away from the fictional indoctrination, the meaningless entertainment, the lies and distractions, that might cause us to to start thinking for ourselves and learning the truth, is a problem for their agenda.
I think that the actors know. They need to copyright their appearances so that their value won't decrease. Since they are part of the indoctrination/manipulation game (I can't assume they are that stupid), it is against their best interest to reveal the truth.
1. The "elites" are hoarding technology and only letting the citizens use obsolete "safe" (defeatable) versions of it, in order to maximize any advantage to maintain their base of power. The technology is obtained through human creativity and ingenuity. It can be used for multiple purposes, but for the scope of this post it is used to generate propaganda and illusions to manipulate the people.
2. Extraterrestrials are real, we captured some of their gear, and our "technology breakthroughs" are nothing more than strategically planned steps towards the reverse-engineered alien technology. They have the next levels (or the full power) of the alien technology to use in secret.
3. The "ruling class" bloodlines are holders of ancient advanced technologies, passed down like a baton to subsequent generations, which was never really lost in the past. We are tricked into thinking that it was lost so that they can appear to be ruling the people legitimately.
Hmm, it's been 5 years. Do you think they have a 20GHz chip yet?

I'd guess they probably use 10Ghz Laptops... and I dont even want to think about the fact that the public only get obsolete sciences that are 40 years or older.
