In the video report included with the print story, she says the building went "unnoticed" when it was built in the 1960s. Riiiiight. They knew what they were building and wouldn't have approved the plans to build the damn thing in the first place if it didn't fit their agenda. Never mind the ground breaking ceremony. They saw the blueprints before they ever stuck their shovels in loose dirt while wearing suits for a photo op.
Seems like they are just going to do a cosmetic patch job to not make it appear as a swastika from the air or satellite to appease people. But the basic shape will probably remain, as they love their symbolism.
