I still dont get the "I am the witness" part... witness to what, and for who?
~ maybe "I am an accessory" would have made more sense... so we decided to "pull the site", and if Damien Bradford Smithe would come forward we might just blow up the whole place... in fear of-course...
His latest radio show explains what happened. He went over his bandwidth allocation with GoDaddy, and they suspended his account as a result. This certainly fits with the facts. He claims his GoDaddy hosting package comes with 250 Gigs per month (he actually said 200 Gigs, but the package he has is 250), and he went over his limit by 330 Gigs (580 Gigs total). He claims that Godaddy demanded $770.00 for the overage.

For the time we've been on it (less than 2 years), the limits have increased at least 2x, without cost going up. CPU usage is the biggest issue for us because of the inefficient php scripts and databases, but he doesn't have those.

I am certainly not here to defend him. I think his anti-homosexuality rants are disgusting.
However... He has stated why he needs/wants a dedicated server. He wants to do live streaming audio via shoutcast. This is not something you can do on a shared webhosting account. You need a dedicated server to do it.
