Proactive Work Against Legistlative Slavery - HK MPF
HK MANDATORY PROVIDENT FUND
The Mandatory Provident Fund (“MPF”) System, designed to be
a mandatory, privately managed, fully-funded scheme, was launched in
December 2000 for retirement protection for Hong Kong’s working
population.
take human fruits of labor and let the bankers gamble with it. Scheme is a devious plan. The use of the term Mandatory is used to deceive mass man into slavery.
So I have decided to start looking at the actual writing of the statutes, which they seem to use real English and black law dictionary to write these enslaving documents.
So I have written the legislative and copied a reporter, in the hope that someone will wake up.

Shame on you!
The statute, voluntary by it's nature and can not be enforced.
Under section 7(1) of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes
Ordinance (“MPFSO”), every employer of a relevant employee is required to
ensure that the employee becomes a member of an MPF scheme within a
prescribed period.
This is a false statement! what section 7(1) actually says is
(1) Every employer of a relevant employee must take all practicable steps to ensure that the employee becomes a member of a registered scheme within the permitted period after the relevant time.
(1A) Every employer of a relevant employee must take all practicable steps to ensure that, after the expiration of the permitted period-
"Must take steps" is all an employer is required to do. The employer is not required nor obligated to force a relevant employee to join.
to force an employee to join would be slavery, you would be removing the free will of the individual, this is against the bill of rights, common law, and basic law.
So you need to stop these word games trying to trick people. All statutes are voluntary and require consent. You do not have my consent for this bill nor the ordinance. So I would ask you to cease and desist from this disguised form of slavery, and inform the public that this MANDATORY is actually VOLUNTARY.
(1) Every employer of a relevant employee must take all practicable steps to ensure that the employee becomes a member of a registered scheme within the permitted period after the relevant time.
This is similar to the IRS scheme in the united States, where they trick the employers (who are usually licensed or chartered in some way) into collecting taxes from their employees, and tricking the employees into thinking they have to pay the taxes.
