kk arraignment is over.... i plead not guilty... arraignment is a joke, they basically just want ur plea then gtfo.

i didnt ask the judge any questions, like i said they only wanted ur plea... so then i hadta talk to the da, i asked her who she was she said the da, i asked if she was the person going against me, she said yes and that i dont have to talk to her and can go for a trial, i asked her if i could question the cop at trial, she said yes, i said lets goto trial and that was the end of that....

3 hours of my life ill never get back.... didnt help that 5 stupid fukkin mexicans that couldnt speak english needed an interpreter and each one said they couldnt get a license (cuz their fukkin illegal, i dont care that they are illegal , i just wish theyd learn fukkin english, pooor bastards each left with 300-500$ fines....) the court thing is a joke... they really want their money and try everything they can to convince u not to fight and to not represent urself... they have u watch a stupid ass video that says u have some rights (only during trial mind u, tho we all know they dont respect those rights) and how to plea etc...

so i basically have a month now to become a lawyer (or at the very least familiar with the trial system and how the precedings work etc, ie how to file motions, etc)

if anyone has any good resources or want to help me look for recourses on how this works in detail (the videos we have mention some things but nothin in depth that shows me how trials work so i dont fukk up and give them an excuse to appoint me a public defender....)

Remember to rebut any new presumptions that they attempt to make. I am assuming that you agreed to be in their court. Did you also agree to all of the court's rules? (Such as being arrested and thrown in jail for showing your contempt.)

ok im back....

none of that shit worked.... either im doing something wrong (probably) or they just dont give a shit.... hell the cop was laughing at me....

anyways i got my ass handed to me, 170$ ticket is now 630$ (330$ if i do their stupid traffic skool)

oh well atleast i tryed.... didnt help that i was half asleep considering im not a morning person...

at best my brain capacity was about 25% , so i was having trouble thinking of what else i could do, ive been stressed out a lot lately so i havent been getting much sleep (only got 3 hours last night)...

if/when i decide to abandon my "person" ill prolly jack up about 100k in debt b4 i do =P

and btw not once did anyone ask for verification of who i was.... never asked for id or anything.... maybe next time ill see if marc stevens will go in my place and show me how its done.... cuz if it works i mustve missed something....
