Listen to this BS, the World Bank plans on giving a loan for 40 Billion for this Grand Scam which will choke Africa even more and dry it up like a prune, you know Africans will be in the Debt scam for 40 Billion which they will never be able to pay back in 20 life times, 40 will become 200 Billion, not much for the Global Zionist but its enough to put the chains back on to Africans.
Why do they want this electric power station in Africa now? after 500 years of depopulation with slavery and now with AIDS?
