When you're feeling down, your brain has it's way of preventing your body from healing itself. If you're sick just try to stay focused on the positive. If your spirits are high, It will be enough to keep you going. Also, drink water and lots of it. Visualize illness as dark smoke. Now picture this smoke leaving your body. Take a deep breath, hold for 6 seconds and slowly exhale. Now imagine the smoke being replaced by a healing entity. Meditate on this as often as needed. Also it does not hurt to use holistic detoxification methods, as most illness is caused by poisons we take in on a daily basis.

Someone from work today asked me about Schizophrenia which their father appears to have. I asked if their father was under a lot of stress, and the answer was yes. It seems to me like schizophrenia is a way for people to escape the stress of their own lives by taking on the perceived lives of others. I think a lot of "conspiracy" type websites are trying to push this debilitating paranoia and stress on people.

A good example of paranoia can be found in this thread on the david icke forum: http://www.davidicke.com/forum/showthread.php?t=24989
