Texas Governor Perry and Indiana Senator Connie Lawson need a lesson in democracy.
Even though the states of Michigan and Maryland have killed proposed legislation to mandate a controversial new vaccine called Gardasil made by Merck for the sexually transmitted virus HPV, Texas governor Rick Perry did the unthinkable by bypassing the entire Texas legislature from the process and issuing an intrusive executive order forcing all 11 and 12 year old little girls to be vaccinated against this sexually transmitted virus in order to attend the 6th grade!
Other states including Florida and Connecticut now have this vaccination legislation pending. What happens in Texas and Indiana can affect many other states.
Both Gov. Perry and Senator Lawson have ties to Merck.
Merck has funneled money through Women in Government, http://www.womeningovernment.org/home a group made up of female state legislators around the country. Women in Government is sponsored by many pharmaceutical companies that you can find right on their website including 3M Pharmaceuticals, Abbott, Amylin Pharamaceuticals, AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Eli Lilly. GlaxoSmithKline, Hoffmann-LaRoche, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Novartis, Pfizer, Solvay Pharmaceuticals and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals.
Indiana Senator Connie Lawson who is the chair of Women in Government sponsored the vaccination bill in Indiana. She was also the sponsor of the mass mental screening bill in Indiana which passed the legislature with many of the legislators not knowing what exactly was included. Lawson's SEA 529 (Senate Enrolled Act) on mass mental screening needs to be brought back in front of legislators now that they know what is going on.

3. Call Texas Gov. Perry's opinion line: 800-252-9600 and tell him to rescind his order to vaccinate every girl now!
4. Call Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels (formerly head of Eli Lilly) (317) 232-4567 and tell him to stop any and all plans to mental screen all Indiana kids. Tell him Senator Connie Lawson's involvement with Women in Government needs to be investigated.
5. Send an e-mail to all the Indiana legislators (find the e-mails below) and tell them to investigate and rein in Senator Connie Lawson. Tell them to pull Lawson's bill on cervical cancer vaccinations for young girls. Tell them to relook at Lawson's SEA 529 and stop mass mental screening of all Indiana kids.

THREE deaths have been linked to the controversial sex virus jab health officials want to give to all 12-year-old girls.
Doctors suspect the jab, which protects against a sexually transmitted human papilloma virus that causes cervical cancer, may also be linked to 1,700 “adverse reactions”.
Reports from the US, where the Gardasil vaccine has been used for nearly a year in some states, reveal that three
victims died soon after receiving the injection. They were aged 12, 19 and 20.
They seem to have suffered blood clots or heart attacks. Hundreds of others suffered what could be adverse side effects, including paralysis, seizures and miscarriages.
The news comes just days after the Department of Health announced the drug would be added to the childhood immunisation programme from autumn 2008.
The findings have alarmed UK health experts. Jackie Fletcher from the vaccine damage support group Jabs, said: “Trials of this jab have mostly been on adults, so we don’t have any idea of the long-term effect on children.”
Dr Peter Mansfield, a former GP who runs the Good HealthKeeping clinic in Lincolnshire, said: “It’s absolutely wrong that girls of 12 should be given this jab.”
Dr John Oakley, a west Midlands GP said the trials for Gardasil had been so limited that the children taking it would be like “guinea pigs”.
The manufacturers, Sanofi Pasteur MSD, had not planned to release the data, but it was obtained under freedom of information laws by lobbyists Judicial Watch. The findings read like “a catalogue of horrors”, said its president, Tom Fitton.
Other serious possible side effects include paralysis, seizures and neurological conditions such as Bell’s palsy and Guillain-Barré Syndrome, which leaves patients paralysed for months and can kill.
MORE than 17 girls a week have been experiencing adverse reactions such as seizures and numbness after taking cervical cancer vaccine Gardasil since it became widely distributed in April.

HPV increasingly causes oral cancer in men

Interrogating Young Virgins
The FDA directly admits the vaccine is utterly useless in these women, stating in the same document, "Finally, there is compelling evidence that the vaccine lacks therapeutic efficacy among women who have had prior exposure to HPV and have not cleared previous infection (PCR positive and seropositive)."
What this essentially means is that the "safe" administering of the Gardasil vaccine requires that it be administered only to virgins (because virtually all women who are sexually active carry HPV strains). That, of course, would require the direct questioning of the sexual habits of all young girls before administering the vaccine.
Is this what the Governor of Texas really had in mind when he mandated such vaccinations for all young girls in Texas? ... a male doctor with a vaccination needle in his hand and a thirteen-year-old girl sitting in a private clinic room behind closed doors, with the male doctor asking her, "Have you ever had sex?"
Clearly, this kind of patient questioning crosses all kinds of ethical barriers when such vaccinations are made mandatory (as they have been made in Texas). It puts the State in the positioning of ascertaining the sexual habits of very young teenage girls and then potentially causing them harm. It's not hard to suppose that most sexually active teenage girls would claim to still be virgins (especially if their parents were present), creating a situation where vaccines would be routinely administered to precisely the HPV carrier subgroups for which it has been demonstrated to greatly increase the risk of precancerous lesions.
In other words, under a mandatory Gardasil vaccination scenario like what exists in Texas today, a sexually-active young teenage girl has to make a tough choice:
1) She can lie to her doctor, claim to be a virgin, receive the vaccine and thereby potentially increase her risk of cervical cancer.
2) She can tell her doctor she's sexually active, thereby surrendering her privacy and possibly subjecting herself to various consequences from her sexual status being learned by her parents or guardians. (One would hope, of course, that such sexual habits were not secrets, but alas, we live in the real world where many teenage girls do indeed have sex at a very early age...)
Furthermore, the young girl is unlikely to be given accurate information about the health risks associated with the vaccine, since virtually all health authorities are heavily involved in promoting pro-vaccination propaganda, routinely ignoring scientific evidence that might give reasonable people pause.
Naturally, the better scenario here is that the young girl is not sexually active to begin with, but in a society where 8th and 9th graders are already routinely engaged in sexual activities -- almost always unbeknownst to their parents -- it seems naive to expect that such girls would suddenly honor pledges of celibacy in order to protect themselves from possible future dangers posed by a present-day vaccine (especially when doctors blindly claim the vaccine is harmless).
There are also serious questions about the safety of the vaccine for non-sexually-active young women. Yet even if the vaccine poses no increased risk of cervical cancer for non-sexually-active young girls, there's still the more serious question of: Does the vaccine work? Does it really prevent cervical cancer in the first place? And that question has already been clearly answered by the FDA's own admission that HPV infections are not the cause of cervical cancer in the first place.

I'm a little confused about this virgin thing, could someone explain it a little further for me?
My girl friend received two out of the three shots and still is a virgin. A couple kids at school told her that she will get sick if she does not get the the third shot, which I doubt, but I don't know. Is it better for her to just not get the last shot? If you are not a virgin will you still get the shot?
