Post Understanding our slavery, and how to be free Reply with quote
Here are some examples of the hidden slavery that surrounds us. You cannot fight it effectively until you know about it. I'll start out at the beginning and show you a path of logical progression. I'll reveal some escape methods that you might not have known about. Please contribute if you have other examples of our slavery, or if you have any other ways to escape.

---

You have probably been raised with the understanding that when you are old enough you will have to leave your home. When this occurs, you leave all that may have been paid for (house, cars) to get your own house and cars (or apartment, which is much worse because it doesn't lead to ownership). In order to pay for this, you must work. It takes years of work to pay for your home, and during these years you get married and have children. You raise your children with the understanding that when they are old enough they will have to leave their home...and the cycle continues, making endless generations of life-long workers. This will continue until we realize that after we have paid off our land and house, we should live in it with our children, eventually passing it down to them, thus preventing our children from having to work most of their lives to pay for new ones.

OK, so you have to be debt free and not pay any bills to avoid having to work. Let's say that you adopt this plan and you pay off everything. You grow food, pump your own water, and generate your own electricity. You don't have any bills anymore. Can you quit your job? Nope!

You can't live in your own house without a job because you have to pay land taxes each year. You have to find a way to pay these taxes every year, and you can't pay them with the food you are growing. You either have to work to sell the food, or get a job working for someone else. If you try to refuse paying the taxes, they call you a "tax protester", try to make you pay a fine, and/or throw you in jail. (Bad slave! Crack! goes the whip.) The solution to this is to own your own land (allodial title), which makes it untaxable, but you're not supposed to know that. If you have never heard of it, you should wonder why. You just hear about 'real estate', which is not land ownership. Real estate is 'color of title', or 'that which appears to be but isn't'. (In my words, it is a 'fake title'.)

[For those that depend on automobiles:] On top of land taxes, you have to pay car registration each year. What is this car registration anyway? Car registration is the annual service fee that the government charges you for holding the car's title while you operate their car. (Look up 'registration' and find out that it means 'to give title to'. The holder of the title owns the property. Check the peice of paper you thought was your title and notice that it says 'certificate of title'. A 'certificate' is 'evidence of the existance of something', sort of like a copy. You have proof of the existance of the title that the government holds.) How does this situation occur? In the car dealership, when you are signing your 'tax and tags' forms, which generate the temporary registration that you put on your new car. Now why would the government want to take the title from us, and then charge us each year for the service? As surety for your compliance to their Motor Vehicle Code. Hmm, so they are forcing us to pay a fee each year for the title they are holding as ransom for our obedience to their driving rules. They never mentioned that in Driver's Ed! There are a couple of solutions to this one that I have found: 1) [Before registering the vehicle] Buy a new vehicle and get the MSO (manufacturer's statement of origin) from the dealership by stating that you will not use the vehicle on public roads (like offroading) or that you are shipping it overseas. The MSO is the real title that they send to the government after you sign it away. 2) [After registering the vehicle] Tell the government that the vehicle is "junked". (Look up "junking a vehicle".) This removes the registration permanently.

So what does all this produce? A nation of workers who can't stop working. OK, might as well call it what it is: slavery. Who wants out?

all that is indeed true... there is only one issue with it... here in america we have worthless jackoffs with guns who use force and coercion to impose their will on us...

until we deal with this that other stuff is basically just a wet dream...

I assume that you are talking about the police. Check into Robert Menard's work, supposedly he has had luck with this. It goes something like this:

Fire your wannabe representatives and every other bureaucrat that thinks they can make laws that apply to you. Fire 'em all.
Claim your rights. Until you do this, they won't acknowledge that you have any.
Claim your status as sovereign, or 'freeman on the land' as Rob prefers to do.
Communicate with the police to make sure they know that you are no longer subject to their enforcement. Form an agreement with them: you'll behave yourself, and they'll leave you alone.

According to Rob, this places you on a 'do not disturb' list if done properly. Via a fee schedule, you've got a good grip around their private parts which you can squeeze when disturbed.

works well in canaduh from what i hear, however here in ameriKa the cops can care less about the rules and feel that a badge and gun are all they need to bully you... try having a nice chat with a cop while they got a glok pointed at ur head....

as far as fee schedules and all that notaries have more power in canaduh then they do here, in addition not many show how it works in here in amerika and while it may have started here its does not equally apply here as it does there....

i fail to see any need to play with their game at all, a bullet to the brain will get them off my nuts if words cannot dissuade their arrogance...

To TS:

The allodial title is something of interest. We have to find the resources that will guide us to possibly obtaining one if it is still possible. Perhaps finding people with no heirs who actually have one of these would help. It would seem that the only way to fight the state without violence is by hitting them in their pocket.

To alexclaton:

You are gangsta! I'll dedicate this one to you.

Yes, there may be differences between their laws that exist in the imaginary countries of the United States and Canada, but it I can't see how it could affect this method. The truth of the law is universal, it is not affected by imaginary lines. You don't need notaries, if that causes a problem. You can use two non-interested witnesses as a replacement.

We will have to deal with threats to our liberty at any time, any place. There is no escaping that. We each need to decide whether we will let fear of this control us. (And yes, I've had a gun to my head before--what a memory that was. I've almost died three times in my life so far, and counting. I've learned that if you lose your fear of death, it doesn't bother you much anymore. As a matter of fact, its quite liberating.)

A need to play the game? Well, I disagree with the phrasing of that, since we aren't playing their game in this method. We are dealing with them as their masters. But if you need at least one good reason, it would be to prevent bloodshed as much as possible. I.e. handle your affairs lawfully before considering rebellion.

i understand where ur comin from truth, the problem im addressing is that here in the us the law is irrelevant... you have individuals with guns imposing their will on others... they have a large group that pretty much get away with what they want , they lie and play favorites...

trying to explain to the police what they are doing is wrong is like trying to explain to a rapist/murder what they are doin is wrong... its just idiots in uniforms who are as brain washed as everyone else... they only believe in the game and will use lethal force to make sure u conform to their reality

this goes beyond simple rules... its about ppl imposing their will on u with the use of force and threat of harm or to ur life...

i really am getting close to the point where ill start killing these assholes...
