Dairy farmer Michael Schmidt will be back in a Newmarket court in September to fight contempt of court charges for allegedly distributing unpasteurized milk in the Region of York.
The motion for contempt filed by the region was scheduled to be heard yesterday, but Superior Court Justice Michael Brown ruled the matter was too serious to proceed without a trial. The case has been adjourned until Sept. 10 for a three-day trial to allow the court to hear from witnesses.
The region filed the contempt charge against Schmidt for failing to obey orders to stop distributing raw milk within its borders.

Again, I am amused at what they expect us to believe. And who doesn't believe it, that doesn't know the truth? Let me rephrase that quoted sentence:
"An inanimate peice of eath placed a claim against a man for failing to obey its orders."
How ridiculous. I think of Alice when she first meet the Queen. "Nonsense!" It only has power over us if we believe it. Who doesn't believe it, that hasn't considered it? Who would disbelieve it, having been raised in a world of fictions? Examine the life of a typical man/woman in a "civilized" country. They are raised from the beginning with fiction surrounding them. TV is their teacher from the very beginning, flooding their undefended minds with fictional garbage before they can tell the difference. Religion is their moral guidance, forcing them to believe that fictions exist in return for the reward of life after death. Government schools are their education, teaching them the fictions of "countries", "states", and "governments" are unquestionable truths. Their parents, who they depend on to keep them from harm, promote all these lies, thus betraying their children into the very slavery that the parents are trapped within. What man or woman, raised in these conditions, would know the truth?
