Halliburton and the Gulf Spill

Now personally, I don't think that there is anything to this, but it is a funny connection that Halliburton (who was evidently in charge of plugging the well before it blew up) moved it's headquarters to Dubai a few years ago and the major short-term benefactor to the suspension of drilling for oil in the Gulf of Mexico will be the Middle-Eastern oil producers.

I heard HB had just bought the worlds largest Oil Spill clean up company in the world just weeks before this spill happened.
