buffalo chicken pizza (from scratch)
lemme think,
dough
about 2 tablespoons of frozen yeast in 3 cups of hot water for about 20mins untill it dissolves
add 1/4 cup kosher salt and 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup vegetable oil (soy preferably)
mix then add flower untill its dough. you dont want it to be sticky to the touch.
portion the dough out ~7oz chunks and knead individually.
wrap them up and put them in the fridge for say 12hours at least.
i reccomend rolling out the dougs the next day and grilling them while still cold to get a good smokey flavor.
take your grilled dough and spread blue cheese salad dressing over it. be generous
then you will want to put down the mozzarella
you will want to cook off about say 4 bonless chicken breasts (to cover all the pizza dougs you just made), cut them up and marinate them over night in buffalo sauce.
(simple recipe is texas pete [or any random hot sauce] heated up, and add butter untill bright orange)
now place some buffalo chicken strips over the pizza. (get creative)
now youll want to bake the pizza at say 400 untill the cheese starts to get small brown spots.
when it comes out, top with thin sliced celery.
sorry about the format, but im a cook and i keep everything in my head
