Peoples get into this problem because of their bad eating habits . The worse Thing that can caused us to gain some weight really fast is that when we try to eat our food before going in bed .

Yes and fat people lie or deceive themselves about what they eat. This has been proved

> Yo-yo diets, fad diets, etc. just don't work and are unhealthy! They cause your body to react in the opposite of how you intend. Your body puts on fat stores >to help it deal with YOUR abuse!

Do you have a source for this? I was told no evidence for this in my nutrition class. Many diets are dumb. A grapefruit and lettuce diet doesn't help people lose weight in practice because unless they are physically restrained they will invariably secretly snack on convenience food negating any benefits of the diet.

Agricultural policy is also to blame. Farmers are subsidised to make fat -artificially cheap unnatural animal feeds, fast growing animals etc. and all this fat ultimately gets fed to the public. If one person chooses reduced fat food, someone else gets the surplus fat.

Prepare your own food from basic ingredients. It's cheaper. Keep your cupboards stocked with healthy wholefoods. Wholegrain cereals are filling, full of minerals and vitamins.Refined starches and sugars make you eat crave junk.

However carbohydrates themselves are not the problem. They are calories but they do not ever become fat. And no (excuse me while I stop laughing) obese westerners do not need yet more protein. Globally the wealthier people are, the ratio of protein and fat to carbohydrate in the diet increases along with obesity. In the USA and Europe this effect is mitigated by farm subsidies as explained earlier: the poor eat the fat the rich reject.

Added one that appears to be working for me. I can get hungry just before bed (especially if I drink beer), but if I don't give into the craving: I'm no more or less hungry the next day. What I thought was beer fat is now dwindling.

Alcohol and cannabis seem to work that way. Everyone knows about the munchies. It's not real hunger.

Recently discovered I'm sensitive to wheat, barley, etc. Lost some bloat since, and feel much better. Weird though because I feel jittery now.
