ewwwww cigs are nasty bro, i used to smoke years ago, i feel 100% better without those things. you dont need em, you should quit too!
I am planning on quitting but have to be in the right frame of mind to do it plus i dont want to substitue ciggies with other things like food or medicating to stop smoking. I was just being a smartarse to him for his previous post

i totally understand. its not hard to want to quit, but actually doing it and staying off it is. its always easier if someone around you can give support showing you love. love is one of the greatest motivators.
i advise poeple to look closely at the cigarette, stare at it and understand its effects totally, because most poeple who want to quit do not as they find it easier to "look the other way" when they light up again and again. stay focued!
slow down smoking as much as you can. the toxins from cigs build up in certain key organs, try to take herbs to clean those organs out. slowly reverse the effects cigs have had on you and they will start to taste nasty again, like when u first started. this is when you know you are close to quitting. when you get that far, dont let your mind fool you into smoking more. keep in mind the stressful times are the hardest, and be ready for them. smoking does not fix stress! it causes it to be worse!
look at the cig, its nasty. look at your lungs, they are not healthy. love yourself, life is precious. good luck!
