You can find eMule here: http://www.emule-project.net/home/perl/general.cgi?l=1

Once you're set up; you can have emule automatically start downloading files that you click the hashes for here. These files are not hosted by this site; they are on a p2p network that was started by eDonkey. The more uploading you do with this client; the faster your downloads should be in general, but you don't want to max out your upload speed or it will choke your download speed.

If you're running Opera for a browser; you'll have to configure it to accept the ed2k protocol. You can find help in their forum using the search for that. I'd post the solution here, but last I knew they kept changing the solution with each update.
